The balance and temperature here are among the best on the index. A sweet and bitter espresso integrated beautifully, cooled to an ideal sipping point by the time it arrived. A few bubbles in the milk, but nothing that spoiled what was a quietly excellent flat white. The food gets equal attention, the atmosphere is unhurried, and it's the kind of place that makes you want to come back on a slow Saturday morning.
