Bolder and more bitter than most on the index, with a character that matches the café itself. The milk carried a slight cap and the temperature ran a touch cool, but the balance held and the colour in the cup was genuinely beautiful. One of the most characterful spaces on the index, and a flat white that holds its own within it.
