Step inside and you could almost be in Tokyo. Japanese music, a calm focused atmosphere, and a menu that takes the Sando as seriously as the coffee. The flat white is a study in balance: initial sweetness followed by deep, alluring espresso tones, the milk in perfect harmony throughout. Perfectly sized, confidently presented, with warm and friendly service. One of the most distinctive spaces on the Southside, and the coffee is more than worthy of it.
