OPO
34 Langside Pl, Shawlands, Glasgow G41 3DL
Bright white brickwork, red trim accents, and a cookie cabinet worth the distraction. OPO is calm, sharp, and beautifully put together. The flat white lands at an almost uncanny temperature, genuinely hot without ever punishing. The espresso builds as you go, finding more depth in the second half, but by then the milk texture has started to fade and the foam does not quite last the distance. Still, there is enough here to make OPO feel like one of the more distinctive stops on the Southside list.
