Spider Monkey Coffee Roasters. Walk in and the room tells you everything. A full wall mural, dark interior, exposed equipment, and warm filament bulbs that make it feel more roastery than coffee shop. They roast their own beans here, and you can taste the intent behind that.
The flat white is genuinely difficult to fault. Silky smooth milk that stays that way to the last drop, temperature bang on and retaining its warmth right to the final sip. The espresso makes itself known without ever taking over. Intricate latte art in a beautifully weighted ceramic cup on a slate coaster. Everything signals that someone cares.
One of those places you'd happily lose an hour in. The coffee makes sure you don't mind.
